Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Business Analyst / System Analyst
with at least
3 years of professional experience
to join our team. This role is responsible for bridging business needs with technical solutions by analyzing requirements, designing system specifications, and supporting the implementation of technology-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven experience in both business process analysis and system analysis.

Key Responsibilities

⦁    Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

⦁    Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for system enhancements and new solutions.

⦁    Collaborate with developers, QA, and project managers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.

⦁    Support system design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.

⦁    Conduct gap analysis between current systems and business requirements, recommending solutions to bridge gaps.

⦁    Develop use cases, process flows, wireframes, and system documentation as needed.

⦁    Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to align stakeholders on requirements and priorities.

⦁    Perform data analysis and validation to support decision-making and testing efforts.

⦁    Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), issue tracking, and resolution.

⦁    Provide post-implementation support and help ensure solutions meet business objectives.

Qualifications

⦁    Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

⦁    Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst in IT, banking, financial services, or related industries.

⦁    Strong understanding of business processes, system design, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

⦁    Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, and process modeling tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio).

⦁    Knowledge of SQL or basic data analysis is an advantage.

⦁    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

⦁    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

⦁    Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

⦁    Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) is a plus.
