Medical Home Care Virtual Assistant (After-Hours | EST Shift)

Industry: Home Care / Healthcare

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | After Business Hours (EST)

Rate: $5/hour


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual administrative support to home care operations after hours
  • Handle client and caregiver inquiries with empathy and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate documentation in care management systems (e.g., AxisCare)
  • Coordinate scheduling, updates, and follow-ups
  • Ensure high attention to detail in all communications and recordkeeping

Qualifications

Medical or healthcare background (RNs or equivalent preferred)

Excellent English communication skills with neutral or limited accent

Strong sense of hospitality, empathy, and care in client interactions

Professional demeanor and polished communication

High attention to detail and organizational skills

Experience with home care operations or AxisCare is a huge plus
