  1. Assist and coordinate with medical and administrative units in their quality management system
  2. Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and produce statistical reports
  3. Review existing policies and make suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them
  4. Measure performance and identify any areas of weakness, recommending and implementing improvements
  5. Assess the effectiveness of changes made
  6. Devise and establish a hospital's quality procedures, standards, policies, and specifications
  7. Use relevant quality tools and make sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the business.
  8. Act as a member of the Occupational Safety and Health Committee.
  9. Closely coordinates with the Management to ensure that procedures are in compliance with the requirements of accreditation standards
  10. Coordinates and supervises all the activities of the internal quality audit program and its auditors
  11. Coordinates and supervises all the activities of the system training program and its trainers
  12. Performs other duties and tasks as may be given by the Management.
