  • Safeguard the integrity of casino operations.
  • Monitor, identify, and report any irregular, suspicious, or unlawful activities, providing an initial analysis of findings and ensuring that relevant senior team members are promptly informed.
  • Report any actual or suspected breaches of law or authorized procedures to Surveillance Management.
  • Accurately document all activities, reviews, incidents, procedural violations, disputes, equipment issues, and any other relevant information in accordance with Surveillance Management directives and established policies and procedures.
  • Conduct reviews of gaming and cash-handling operations, as requested by other departments or Surveillance Management, to verify compliance with procedures, confirm that no illegal acts have occurred, and ensure the continued integrity of operations.
  • Consistently uphold the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Review footage and shared information to confirm accuracy and ensure there are no errors or omissions.
  • Verify that all completed reviews meet the level of detail and accuracy
  • Observing gaming and cash handling areas using advanced IT systems in accordance with standard operating procedures (ACSC, Synectics, etc).

Requirements

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, etc.
  • Ability to adapt to the introduction of new technologies and systems.
  • Ability to concentrate for extended periods of time
  • ​Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Casino & Cash Handling/experience -understanding/detection of illegal activities.
  • Report writing; familiar with basic computer applications/window-based operating systems.
  • Microsoft applications, knowledge of Casino Systems.
