  1. Oversee Daily Security Operations

    Manage and supervise the department's day-to-day security functions to ensure continuous protection of personnel, clients, assets, and facilities.
  2. Manage Surveillance Systems

    Monitor and maintain security systems, including CCTV, burglar/robbery alarms, and fire alarm systems, to ensure 24/7 situational awareness and prompt response to incidents.
  3. Conduct Security Assessments

    Perform regular security surveys, inspections, and risk assessments across branches and office premises to identify vulnerabilities and implement appropriate countermeasures.
  4. Coordinate with Stakeholders

    Liaise with Department Heads, Branch Managers, and external security agencies to address security and safety concerns effectively.
  5. Ensure Regulatory Compliance

    Ensure adherence to internal security policies and regulations from external bodies such as the LGU, PNP, BFP, and BSP Circular 620.
  6. Inspect Offsite ATMs

    Conduct periodic physical inspections and security evaluations of offsite ATMs within Metro Manila to ensure operational safety and compliance.
Required Competencies and Skills:
  1. Security Systems Proficiency

    Thorough knowledge of security technologies, including CCTV and anti-heist/robbery alarm systems.
  2. Firearms Handling & Defensive Tactics (if applicable)

    Competent in the safe and legal use of firearms and non-lethal weapons.
  3. Emergency Medical Response

    Basic skills in first aid, CPR, and trauma care.
  4. Incident Documentation & Reporting

    Ability to log security events and prepare comprehensive incident reports.
  5. Operational Planning

    Capable of developing strategic security plans for events, VIP protection, and high-risk areas.
  6. Personnel Supervision

    Experience in managing and deploying security personnel effectively.
  7. Situational Awareness

    Maintains high alertness to potential threats and evolving security risks.
  8. Communication & Conflict Resolution

    Strong interpersonal skills to handle disputes professionally and de-escalate tense situations.
