Job Requirements:

  • Holder of a bachelor's degree
  • At least 4 years of general accounting or RTR experience
  • It is advantageous to have prior experience working for a BPO, shared services, or IT company.
  • Suitable for a work schedule involving night shifts.
  • Capable of working on-site

  • Together with the team lead, establish clear objectives, track performance, and offer coaching and feedback.
  • Collaborate with the team lead to maximize the use of team resources and boost output.
  • Encourage a team culture that is growth-oriented and collaborative.
  • Oversee change projects and make sure transfers go smoothly.
  • Establish trusting bonds with stakeholders both inside and outside the company.
  • Provide frequent reports on the accomplishments and performance of the team.
