Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced ServiceNow solutions (3+ years' experience).
  • Expertise in core tables, Glide, scripting, UI actions, business rules, ACLs, client scripts, data imports, custom apps, and Flow Designer.
  • Build integrations (REST, SOAP), including API creation.
  • Act as technical SME and mentor to developers.
  • Contribute to story refinement and proof-of-concept activities.
  • Work on complex/global projects, applying ITIL and ITSM knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (required).
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (preferred).
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • English: B2 level or higher.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php90,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • ServiceNow: 3 years (Preferred)
  • ESM Developer: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Senior Developer: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Preferred)
