ServiceNow Developer

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will work in the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) team of software developers located in Poland, Philippines, and Denmark. The team focuses on developing ITSM functionalities, Service Catalog, and business-related features in ServiceNow using SCRUM practices. You will play a vital role in supporting our IT and business internal customers.

Responsibilities of a ServiceNow Developer:
  • Develop core ITSM ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Event, Request Fulfillment, Knowledge Management) and Service Catalog.
  • Evaluate incoming requests for enhancements technically.
  • Conduct peer reviews for fellow developers.
  • Act as SPOC for Process Managers, discussing ideas for new services and maintaining existing ones.
  • Document developed ServiceNow processes and procedures in Confluence.
  • Maintain ServiceNow platform.
  • Provide 2nd level support (Incidents and SRQs) for ServiceNow users across the company.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Certified in ServiceNow courses with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in process management.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Experience working in a corporate environment following ITIL processes.
  • Outgoing and positive personality to collaborate across departments.
  • Flexible, proactive, and results-oriented, with proven experience in previous roles.
  • Understanding of working in an international, multicultural environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • ITIL 4 certification is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence is a plus but not mandatory.
