What you'll be doing
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other non-voice communication channels
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and suggest ways to enhance the customer experience
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
What we're looking for
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities
