SUMMARY OF FUNCTION

As a Veterinary Assistant, he/she will provide essential support to veterinarians and veterinary technicians in delivering high-quality care to our animal patients.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Vet. Medicine

  • Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various medical procedures
  • Handle and restrain animals during treatments and examination
  • Prepare and sanitize exam rooms, surgical suites, and equipment

2. Patient Administration

  • Feed, bathe, and exercise patients as needed
  • Administer medications under the direction of veterinary staff
  • Monitor and record vital signs and patient information
  • Assist with the collection and processing of laboratory samples

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least college level in any medical course
  • At least one (1) year in Veterinary Practice
  • Strong passion for animal care and welfare, Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
  • Physical ability to lift and restrain animals as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php22,000.00 per month
