HR GENERALIST – ABDS Builders (Cabuyao, Laguna)

We are a design-and-build company looking for a proactive, organized, and firm-but-kind HR Generalist who can help us build a strong culture of excellence and teamwork.

What You Will Do

Handle end-to-end recruitment (architects, admin, site workers)

Manage employee records, contracts, onboarding & clearances

Track attendance, leaves & payroll coordination

Resolve employee concerns with fairness & clarity

Implement company policies and performance tracking

Support management with culture-building and training

Prepare HR reports, memos, and documentation

Coordinate with site teams and office staff when needed

Strong communication skills (Taglish & English)

Someone who values honest communication, growth, and teamwork

May malasakit, but firm in implementing policies

2–5 years HR experience

Organized, discreet, and excellent follow-through

Experience in construction industry
