Winning English Alternative School Inc. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Travel Operations Manager to coordinate, optimize, and oversee all travel logistics for our English camp programs. You will ensure smooth and efficient operations, from airport pickups to weekend excursions, while maintaining our high service standards for students, teachers, and partner agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate airport pickups/drop-offs, weekend activities, and travel logistics across all campuses (Ocean, City, Lyf).
  • Manage vendor and transportation partners for buses, vans, tour guides, and hotels.
  • Work closely with the academic and admin teams to align travel plans with class schedules and student needs.
  • Monitor real-time travel operations and respond quickly to any issues or delays.
  • Prepare and communicate travel itineraries to students, teachers, and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and internal SOPs during all off-campus activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of travel expenses and reports.
  • Assist with visa runs, SSP scheduling, and logistics for international students or teachers if needed.
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for VIP visits, agency tours, or group travel.
