JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Collections Associate will help manage and recover loans for the company. This role combines numbers, data management, and client communication.

  1. Calculate loan payments, interest, penalties, and handle rediscounting, extensions, and restructuring.

  2. Keep the collections tracker updated with accurate client and payment information.

  3. Call clients on mobile or landline, and send emails to follow up on overdue accounts.

  4. Prepare reports for management showing collections progress and trends.

  5. Use Excel to organize and analyze data using formulas, pivot tables, and other functions.

  6. Handle sensitive financial information with honesty and care.

  7. Prepare reports and summaries for management's review.

  8. Use AI or digital tools to improve efficiency (nice-to-have).

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

  2. 1–5 years of experience in collections, finance, or related roles preferred.

  3. Strong Excel skills, including formulas, functions, and data analysis.

  4. Good numerical aptitude and attention to detail.

  5. Excellent communication skills for client interaction via phone and email.

  6. High level of integrity and trustworthiness, given access to sensitive financial data.

  7. Organized, proactive, and able to work independently and within a team.

  8. Knowledge of AI tools is an advantage but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
