Location: Brixton, Pasig City (On-site)
Schedule: 5 working days a week, shifting schedule
About the Role:
We're looking for a strategic, partner-focused Customer Success to drive onboarding, retention, and relationship health across our B2B accounts. You'll be the voice of the partner internally—ensuring their goals are met, escalations are resolved, and opportunities are unlocked.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end onboarding of new B2B partners - could be virtual or F2F
- Conduct regular check-ins, health reviews, and upsell conversations
- Coordinate with numerous departments to ensure partner-impacting issues are resolved
- Maintain and update partner dashboards, feedback loops, and escalation logs
- Collaborate with the other departments to refine partner-facing materials
- Flag product or service gaps based on partner feedback and usage trends
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in Customer Success, Customer Service, or Account Management
- Strong English and Tagalog communication skills
- Driver's License Code: A or L3
- Motorcycle enthusiast or someone familiar with motorcycle culture
- Comfortable in a start-up environment with evolving processes
- Willing to work on-site in Brixton, Pasig City
- Self-motivated and adaptable
