Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales and Office Support staff member. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or those looking to start a career in sales or admin work.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service and respond to client inquiries
  • Perform basic admin tasks (data entry, filing, document handling)
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and preparing sales materials
  • Answer calls, emails, and other office communications
  • Help ensure smooth daily operations in the office
  • Support team activities when needed

Qualifications:

  • Good communication and people skills
  • Organized and able to multitask
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Experience in admin or sales is a plus but not required
  • Willing to learn, flexible, and a team player
