About the Role

C&A Surveyors is on the lookout for a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team remotely from the Philippines.

Working from home and supporting our Sydney-based Sales team, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth communication with clients, accurate coordination of quotes and proposals, and prompt follow-ups. You'll be acting as a remote extension of our frontline sales team – helping us stay responsive, organised, and client-focused.

This is a full-time, Monday to Saturday, role aligned to Sydney business hours, ideal for someone with experience in sales or customer service who's eager to grow within a dynamic and fast-moving business.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Monitor and action the Sales inbox, escalating enquiries where required
• Call and email clients to follow up, request documents, or respond to enquiries
• Respond to client reviews and messages via Podium
• Prepare sales quotes and proposals based on set-rate pricing or team advice
• Add regular repeat clients to the CRM for streamlined booking
• Assist in creating presentations, reports, and internal sales documents
• Collect lead information for follow-up by our Australian-based Sales team
• Liaise with Operations and Drafting teams to ensure clients receive timely updates
• Prepare reports on email and call volumes for internal review

You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

• 2+ years' experience in sales or customer support
• Experience using CRMs or job tracking tools (e.g. simPRO, ServiceM8, Pipedrive)
• Clear written and spoken English, with a warm and professional style
• High attention to detail and confidence juggling tasks in a remote setting
• Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems
• A basic understanding of operational or CRM systems
• A willingness to learn the surveying industry and grow with the role
• Bonus: Experience in the construction, property, or surveying sectors
