Piling Rig Driver

Pile Driver Operator Responsibilities:

1. Operate and maintain a variety of pile driving equipment, including hydraulic hammers, vibratory hammers, diesel hammers, and impact hammers. Specific previous experience to BAUER BG24H or equivalent is preferred.

2. Drive piles vertically or at an angle into the ground, using precise techniques to ensure accurate placement and alignment.

3. Follow project plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine the location and depth of piles, as well as the required driving force and method.

4. Inspect and prepare the work area, including clearing debris and obstructions, and ensuring adequate stability for the equipment.

5. Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure smooth and efficient operation.

6. Collaborate with the construction team to ensure proper coordination and sequencing of pile driving activities.

7. Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on pile driving equipment to ensure safe and effective operation.

8. Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries.

9. Document and communicate any issues, concerns, or incidents related to pile driving operations to the appropriate personnel.

10. Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices related to pile driving techniques and equipment.

11. Maintain accurate logs and reports

Pile Driver Operator Required Skills :

1. Proficient in operating and maintaining various pile driving equipment, including knowledge of different types of hammers and their applications.

2. Strong understanding of construction blueprints, plans, and specifications.

3. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to operate heavy machinery with precision and accuracy.

4. Ability to accurately measure and calculate distances, angles, and depths.

5. Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with the construction team and follow instructions.

6. Attention to detail to ensure accurate placement and alignment of piles.

7. Physical stamina to withstand long hours and demanding work conditions, including exposure to noise, vibrations, and outdoor elements.

8. Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment issues and make adjustments as necessary.

9. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures to ensure compliance and prevent accidents. 10. Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.

Required Qualifications :

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Valid driver's license.

3. Certification or training in operating heavy machinery, specifically pile driving equipment.

4. Previous experience as a Pile Driver Operator or in a similar role is preferred.

5. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to pile driving.

6. Physical fitness and ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including the ability to lift heavy objects and work in tight spaces.

7. Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

8. English Speaking preferred

Pay: Php65, Php94,000.00 per month
