— where you'll advise, lead, and deliver critical technology initiatives that drive innovation and operational excellence for global organizations.


About the Role

In this role, you'll play a key part in
building, managing, and maintaining repeatable data load and migration processes
for SAP implementations. You'll work closely with client data leads and migration teams to ensure the successful extraction, cleaning, mapping, and loading of master and transactional data from multiple sources into SAP systems.

You will also have the opportunity to
collaborate with C-suite executives and IT leaders
, helping them achieve end-to-end enterprise reinvention through data-driven and technology-enabled solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Attend and contribute to global/regional workshops and project kick-offs.
  • Collaborate with client business and IT teams to define requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Lead proposal preparation, client presentations, and project delivery.
  • Provide expert guidance on data assessment, ETL design, and load management.
  • Develop and execute load programs using tools such as
    LSMW, LTMC / Migration Cockpit, ALE, or custom ABAP programs
    .
  • Perform manual data transformation and loading from legacy systems into SAP.
  • Work with functional consultants to validate data and troubleshoot issues.
  • Prepare and execute test plans, test scripts, and reports for both automated and manual testing.
  • Stay updated with the latest
    S/4HANA features, technologies, and best practices
    .


Qualifications

  • 10+ years
    of experience in SAP Data Migration, Data Analysis, and related domains.
  • Deep understanding of the
    Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
    and enterprise data management.
  • Certified in
    BackOffice Associates Data Migration and ETL Tools
    (DataGarage, DataProfiler, CranPort, etc.).
  • Proven technical expertise in
    SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit
    and
    Master Data Migration
    .
  • Strong background in
    Technology Consulting, Process Management, and Business Analysis
    .
  • PPSM certification
    is a plus.
