We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Associate to join our team in providing
Level 2 (L2) Technical Support
or
Sales Support
. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to resolving client concerns. The Associate will serve as an escalation point for Level 1 issues, ensuring quick resolution, accurate documentation, and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as an
    escalation point
    for complex technical or sales-related issues not resolved at Level 1.
  • Provide
    support for sales teams
    , including order validation, quote preparation, CRM updates, and product inquiries.
  • Ensure timely case resolution within agreed
    Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
    .
  • Maintain accurate
    documentation
    of all issues, solutions, and client interactions in the ticketing system.
  • Provide feedback and knowledge-sharing to L1 teams to help reduce repeat issues.
  • Participate in
    night shift operations
    to ensure 24/7 coverage for global clients.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance support quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience
    in Technical Support (L2) or Sales Support role.
  • Strong knowledge of troubleshooting software, hardware, and systems OR experience in handling sales processes and CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with
    ticketing systems
    (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow, Salesforce).
  • Excellent
    communication and customer service skills
    .
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Willingness to work
    night shift schedule
    and onsite setup (Eastwood Libis, QC)

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of remote troubleshooting tools and methods.
  • Experience supporting international or enterprise-level clients.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
