Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update inventory records (incoming, outgoing, and current stock levels)
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with concerned departments for replenishment
- Prepare inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly) as required
- Encode and file inventory-related documents such as delivery receipts, purchase orders, and stock request forms
- Coordinate with warehouse staff, suppliers, and internal teams regarding inventory concerns
- Conduct basic inventory checking and assist in physical counts or audits
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory data in Excel or inventory systems
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned (filing, data entry, email coordination)
Qualifications:
- College graduate or vocational course related to Administration, Business, or similar field
- Experience in inventory handling or administrative work is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office applications
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Good communication and coordination skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
