Job Description:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and meticulous individual to join our team as a Data Processor In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing data from our prominent clients and private showroom customers, ensuring accurate and timely entry into the software system/database.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input data from various sources into our database or spreadsheets.
  • With Invoicing experience.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data by cross-referencing and validating information.
  • Detect and rectify errors or inconsistencies in data entries.
  • Organize and maintain data records and files for easy retrieval and analysis.
  • Perform regular quality checks to maintain data integrity.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Generate reports and summaries from the data as requested by the client.
  • Collaborate with team members to clarify data requirements and resolve any data-related issues.

  • Proven experience in data entry or a related role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changes
  • Moraware, Microsoft Dynamics, and other Countertop Tool.
