Account Specific Roles And Responsibilities

  • Process and manage service authorizations in a timely and accurate manner
  • Communicate with insurance providers, internal teams, and other stakeholders as needed
  • Ensure all required documentation is complete and submitted correctly
  • Help maintain compliance with payer requirements and organizational standards
  • Support continuous improvement of authorization workflows

Requirements

  • At least 6 months BPO experience in a Healthcare Account
  • Authorizations experience is a PLUS, not required
  • Good verbal and written English skills
  • With good attention to details
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong
  • Amenable working night shifts
