Growth Hacking Lead (Hybrid – Cebu City)

We are looking for a
Growth Hacking Lead
to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This is a hybrid role based in our Cebu City office.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute growth experiments across channels (SEO, paid, social, email, partnerships).
  • Analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and optimize the funnel from acquisition to retention.
  • Build and manage scalable growth systems and automation.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales to align growth initiatives.
  • Lead reporting and track KPIs to ensure measurable results.
  • Stay on top of growth trends, tools, and competitor strategies.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or product-led growth.
  • Proven success running growth experiments with measurable impact.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
  • Hands-on with digital growth tools and channels.
  • Leadership mindset, able to guide a small team and influence stakeholders.
  • Based in Cebu or willing to work hybrid from our Cebu City office.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or fintech.
  • Startup or scale-up background.
