Facilities Engineer

  1. Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, Semi Annual and Annual Preventive Maintenance and improvement

  2. Knowledgeable in facilities equipment boiler, compressor, genset, air dyer and cooling tower.

  3. Can troubleshoot and maintenance facilities equipment.

  4. Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs site production machines, instruments, and equipment to ensure that they are in good operational working condition.

  5. Responds to emergencies, breakdowns, malfunctions, and other operating problems to minimize disruptions to manufacturing processes.

  6. Defines and implements preventive maintenance programs, practices, and techniques to ensure that the site facility and production machines, instruments, and equipment are in proper working condition.

  7. Provides technical and/or operational support for company environmental, health, and safety programs, such as ensuring operating procedures, controls, environmental sampling, and efficiencies of equipment and processes meet regulatory compliance.

  8. Other tasks may assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Proactive, resourceful with strong problem-solving and technical analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and cope with pressure.
  • Possess good initiative, customer oriented and action oriented.
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
