Minimum Requirements

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil), or equivalent.

  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Has experience in doing first aid and handling ERT (Emergency Response Team).

Essential Job Functions

  • Supervises and coordinates all engineering activities involving construction, building maintenance, and safety within his/her area.

  • Ensure that electrical, mechanical, and civil structures conform to established engineering standards and perform related functions.

  • Ensure the continuous operation of systems and facilities to ensure safe and efficient delivery to customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for properly upkeeping the building equipment and promptly implementing the facilities' preventive maintenance programs.

  • Assists the Building Admin Officer in monitoring the safety programs and compliance with government regulatory requirements.

  • Responsible for the maintenance of all machinery and equipment in the building. He or she is also responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the technical facilities.

  • Canvases materials and supplies needed for the building.

  • Process material and service requests through NAV.

  • Responsible for supervising all Multi-Skilled Technicians and other technical support staff to ensure efficiency in the operation.

  • Responsible for the dissemination and effective implementation of the preventive maintenance schedule.

  • Responsible for the supervision of the external contractors. He/she is also responsible for their performance evaluation.

  • All other related tasks as required.
