IT Project Manager - On site - Up to 160K - MakatiWe are looking for an IT Project Manager for our client located in Makati. Salary: Up to 160KSet-up: HybridKey Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and manage projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets. Coordinate resources, including team members, vendors, and external stakeholders, to ensure project deliverables are met.

Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather requirements, define project scope, and drive decision-making.

Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance project delivery methodologies.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the banking sector. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or Jira. Basic understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

PMP certification or relevant project management training is a plus.
