We are looking for an experienced Tax Supervisor to oversee our company's tax compliance and support management in all tax-related matters. This role is ideal for someone with in-depth knowledge of BIR tax regulations and hands-on experience handling BIR audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the timely and accurate preparation and filing of all tax returns in compliance with BIR requirements
  • Review and interpret BIR tax rulings, regulations, and issuances relevant to company operations
  • Manage BIR audits, assessments, and tax inquiries, including preparing supporting documents and official responses
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and advise management on their business impact
  • Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and regulatory agencies on tax matters
  • Mentor and support the accounting team in day-to-day tax compliance and reconciliations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in taxation, with direct exposure to BIR audits
  • Strong knowledge of BIR tax rulings, issuances, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
