Job Description:

The All-Around Maintenance Personnel is responsible for performing a variety of tasks involving general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the facility, equipment, and surrounding areas. This includes minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, and general repair work to ensure that the workplace remains safe, operational, and presentable at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, electrical fixtures, and plumbing.
  • Handle minor electrical repairs such as replacing bulbs, switches, and outlets.
  • Conduct basic plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, replacing faucets, and clearing drains.
  • Manage carpentry repairs, including door hinges, locks, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Perform painting, patching, and other minor renovations as needed.
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor repairs.
  • Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and request replenishment when needed.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
  • Ensure cleanliness of facility surroundings, including waste disposal and basic landscaping when required.
  • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
  • Collaborate with contractors for major repairs or specialized tasks beyond internal capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent; Technical/vocational certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance worker, handyman, or similar role.
  • Basic knowledge in multiple trades, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
  • Good physical condition and strength to handle manual tasks, lift heavy items, and work on ladders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and practices.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if needed.
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and with a good work ethic.
  • Assigned in KAWIT CAVITE

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 per month
