We're seeking an experienced Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT and digital projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining quality and alignment with business objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with development, QA, design, and business teams
  • Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and issues
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and client communications
  • Manage changes in scope and ensure proper documentation
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and client requirements
  • Support continuous improvement of project management practices

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • At least 3–6 years of experience in project management (IT / software / digital projects)
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, or hybrid project methodologies
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
  • Experience working with cross-border or remote teams is a plus
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an advantage
  • Experience in software development, digital transformation, or IT consulting projects
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
