Minimum Qualifications:

  • Finished BS in Accountancy or any relevant degree

  • Preferably, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

  • Related work experience of at least 5 years

  • Working knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures

  • Familiarity with Quickbooks or OODO accounting system is an advantage

  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

  • Willing to be assigned in Alabang and Cebu

Job Descriptions:

  • In charge of Financial Statements of the company and liaises with auditors

  • Prepares monthly financial statements (actual vs budget, income statement, balance sheet and cash flows)

  • Prepares annual reports (actual vs. budget, income statement, balance sheet and cash flows).

  • Prepares timely and accurate budget forecasts and variance analysis, and other financial schedules and reports as required.

  • Prepares monthly bank reconciliation statements

  • Maintains financial records of the company; monitors and checks the accuracy of recording financial transactions according to policies, procedures and regulations, complies with all statutory financial policies and regulations

  • Ensures working papers, reports, tax returns and other required data are complete and have been prepared in accordance with the firm policy and professional standards.

  • Responsible in maintaining internal control procedures.

  • Performs other accounting/financial functions as needed.

  • Performs other functions as may be assigned by the Executive Director./ Management Committee
