Job Description:

 Maintain and update the company manual books of accounts.

 Preparation of sales invoice¸ acknowledgement receipt, collection receipt and monitors the issues

documents

 Preparation and processing payment request form for suppliers and contractors.

 Review and analyze employee's reimbursement.

 Preparation of payment vouchers and encoding to the accounting software.

 Filling of the payment vouchers

 Prepares the statement of account and collection letters

Qualification:

 Graduate bachelor's degree in accountancy or related field.

 Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures, including the Generally Accepted

Accounting Principles (GAAP)

 Advanced knowledge of MS Excel

 Experience with accounting software and data entry

 Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

 Accurate and precise attention to detail

 Ability to work independently
