Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative
Data Scientist
with expertise in
Artificial Intelligence (AI)

to join our team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI solutions—including
multimodal LLMs
and
agentic AI systems
—while analyzing large datasets and delivering actionable insights to support strategic business decision-making. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in data science, statistics, and programming, coupled with a passion for applying cutting-edge AI technologies to solve complex, real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize
  machine learning models
  ,
  LLMs
  ,
  multimodal LLMs
  , and AI-driven solutions for diverse business challenges.
• Explore and implement
  agentic AI architectures
  (autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and acting) to enable intelligent automation and decision-making.
• Build and fine-tune
  NLP/NLU pipelines
  ,
  generative AI models
  , and
  conversational agents
  using state-of-the-art frameworks.
• Apply
  deep learning frameworks
  (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, etc.) for advanced AI and generative applications.
• Deploy and scale AI solutions on
  cloud platforms
  (GCP, AWS, Azure) with hands-on expertise in
  GCP services
  like Cloud Run, Vertex AI, BigQuery, and Gemini APIs.
• Develop interactive AI-powered dashboards, prototypes, and decision-support tools using modern application frameworks (e.g., Streamlit, Dash, Flask).
• Conduct
  exploratory data analysis (EDA)
  , feature engineering, and
  model interpretability assessments
  to enhance performance and trustworthiness.
• Apply
  MLOps best practices
  , including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and model lifecycle management, using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and MLflow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, analytics, business stakeholders) to integrate AI capabilities into core products and processes.
• Stay updated with the latest
  AI/ML research, tools, and trends
  , recommending innovative approaches to drive business impact.
• Document models, pipelines, and AI-driven insights clearly and reproducibly.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in
  Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics
  , or a related field. Ph.D. is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum
  3+ years
  of experience in
  data science
  , with demonstrated expertise in
  AI, ML, and LLM-based applications
  .

Technical Skills:

• Programming:
  Proficiency in
  Python
  or
  R
  ; strong experience with libraries such as
  NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers
  .
• LLM & AI Expertise:
  Knowledge of supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, generative AI,
  LLM fine-tuning
  ,
  retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
  , and
  multimodal AI
  .
• Agentic AI:
  Familiarity with agent-based AI frameworks such as
  LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI
  , or equivalent.
• Cloud & MLOps:
  Hands-on experience with
  GCP, AWS, or Azure
  , especially
  Cloud Run, Vertex AI, BigQuery
  ; proficiency in

• Application Building:
