About Us:

Konvy, Thailand's largest vertical beauty conglomerate, is expanding its operations in the Philippines. We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Receivable Associate. The role is responsible for managing customer billings, collections, and account reconciliations across modern trade, retail, and e-commerce channels. If you are detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about maintaining accurate financial records and healthy cash flow, we'd love to have you on our growing Finance Team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, verify, and issue accurate customer invoices for all sales channels, including modern trade, retail stores, and e-commerce platforms, ensuring timely and complete billing records.
  • Handle e-commerce accounts receivable for online stores (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok), including order reconciliation, platform fee validation, and timely recording of payouts and deductions.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payment collections, maintain up-to-date aging schedules, and proactively follow up on outstanding or overdue balances.
  • Reconcile customer accounts regularly, investigate payment discrepancies, and coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure accurate posting and resolution.
  • Generate accounts receivable and collection reports, support month-end closing activities, and assist in audit preparation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness of financial records.

Qualifications:

Must haves:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in FMCG or retail/e-commerce.
  • Tools: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, utilizing advanced formulas (SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data analysis and reporting.
  • Hybrid and Field Work: Willingness to work onsite (BGC, Taguig City), on field visits, and in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

Nice to haves:

  • Startup exposure with hands-on experience establishing AR processes.
  • Background in FMCG or retail operations, managing AR for trade channels (Watsons, Robinsons) and e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok).
