Key ResponsibilitiesLive Operations & Technical Management

  • Oversee all aspects of daily live stream operations
    across multiple brands and platforms, ensuring broadcasts start and end on time and adhere to quality standards.
  • Must be proficient in using and configuring OBS (Open Broadcast Software)
    for scene management, source configuration, and output encoding.
  • Serve as the
    first line of defense for technical issues
    during live streams (e.g., video/audio quality, connectivity, software failures). Must be able to
    rapidly diagnose and troubleshoot
    problems under pressure and implement immediate fixes.
  • Manage and maintain the technical health of live streaming equipment and software, performing regular checks and updates.
  • Coordinate with technical support or platform providers to resolve complex, recurring issues.

Scheduling & Host Management

  • Develop, manage, and strictly maintain the comprehensive live host schedule
    for all brands, ensuring full coverage and optimized broadcast times.
  • Act as the primary contact for live hosts regarding scheduling changes, technical requirements, and broadcast readiness.
  • Enforce punctuality and adherence
    to the established schedule for all live hosts.
  • Coordinate with Brand Managers to adjust schedules based on performance, events, or marketing initiatives.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Collect, organize, and manage data
    related to live stream performance, including viewership, engagement, stream duration, and technical incidents.
  • Generate regular (daily/weekly) reports on live stream metrics, technical stability, and host adherence to schedule.
  • Identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations to improve live stream quality, efficiency, and reach.

Qualifications

  • Deep technical proficiency and hands-on experience with OBS (Open Broadcast Software)
    . Familiarity with other streaming software (e.g., Streamlabs, vMix) is a plus.
  • Proven technical aptitude:
    Strong comfort with live streaming software and platform-specific backend tools (e.g., Facebook Live, YouTube Studio, Twitch).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills:
    Ability to quickly isolate the root cause of technical issues (network, hardware, software) and implement effective solutions in real-time.
  • Exceptional organizational skills:
    Must be meticulous, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex, constantly shifting schedules for multiple entities.
  • Strict time management:
    Demonstrated history of enforcing and adhering to rigid deadlines and schedules.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for coordinating with hosts and writing technical reports.
