Our company is looking for a skilled and motivated Project In-Charge to join our team. As a Project In-Charge, you will be involved in the execution of high end residential projects. If you are passionate about construction and project management, we invite you to apply.

Qualifications:


• Graduate and licensed Civil Engineer


• At least 2 years of experience in construction and project management of high end residential buildings.


• Experience in Steel (Wide Flange) and Concrete Structure Projects


• Knowledgeable in Rebar Cutting List and Structural Design


• Proficient in Project Scheduling (Primavera P6, MS Project)


• Skilled in Material and Cost Estimating


• Strong in Manpower Management


• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other estimation and design applications


• Excellent communication skills to liaise with property administrators, suppliers, and clients


• Able to read and interpret construction drawings


• Capable of daily/weekly accomplishment reporting, both orally and in writing


• Ready for impromptu & emergency meetings


• Experience in managing the hiring of workers


• A driver's license is a plus; ability to operate company vehicles is an advantage

Work Setup:


• Work on-site


• Willing to travel


• Willing to relocate (when needed)


• Willing to work overtime and under pressure


• Available to work from Monday to Saturday

Work Schedule:


• Monday to Saturday
