Position Overview:

An Accounting graduate will be assigned to handle procurement activities, ensuring timely purchasing of materials and supplies while maintaining accurate documentation of financial transactions. The role requires combining knowledge of accounting principles with procurement practices to support cost-efficient purchasing and proper expense recording.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure cost-effective and quality purchases.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of quantities, prices, and terms.
  • Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for order follow-ups, deliveries, and discrepancies.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts, terms, and payment conditions with vendors.
  • Monitor budget allocations and ensure purchases comply with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Support in preparing procurement and expense reports for management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Knowledge in procurement processes or purchasing is an advantage.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
