We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to oversee the monitoring, troubleshooting, and technical support of ongoing cooling tower projects. The role involves ensuring quality and efficiency in project execution, providing technical solutions, preparing estimates, and maintaining safety standards on-site.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Project Monitoring & Reporting

  • Oversee all ongoing cooling tower installation and maintenance projects.

  • Prepare and submit detailed service reports on the quality and efficiency of technical crew performance.

  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Diagnose and resolve issues encountered during installation and operation of cooling towers.

  • Provide recommendations and implement solutions to ensure optimal system performance.

  • Cost Estimation & Quotations

  • Prepare accurate estimates for project quotations, materials, and installation works.

  • Assist in proposal preparation to support business development.

  • Health & Safety Oversight

  • Act as Safety Officer during ongoing projects.

  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards and company policies.
  • Conduct safety checks and risk assessments on project sites.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of cooling towers or similar HVAC systems.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and ability to act as a certified Safety Officer.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in coordination with technical teams.
