About the Role:

Patrila Builders Inc. is seeking a results-driven and experienced Equipment Division Manager to oversee the company's fleet, heavy equipment operations, and asset management. The ideal candidate will ensure all equipment are properly maintained, documented, and compliant with regulatory standards while supporting the operational needs of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, manage, and coordinate all activities related to the company's equipment, tools, and vehicle assets.

Oversee preventive maintenance schedules, repairs, and inspections to ensure safety and efficiency.

Maintain updated inventory records, registration (OR/CR), insurance, and other regulatory documents for all equipment and vehicles.

Monitor equipment usage, fuel consumption, and operational costs; recommend cost-effective measures.

Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and LTO or other agencies regarding equipment registration and compliance.

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems for efficient equipment management.

Lead and mentor equipment personnel, ensuring training and performance standards are met.

Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to allocate equipment and resources as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.

At least 5 years of experience in equipment or fleet management, preferably in construction or engineering industries.

Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems, equipment costing, and regulatory compliance.

Proficient in MS Office and equipment management software.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
