About the Role

As a Paid Ads Specialist, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns. You'll be responsible for crafting data-driven strategies, designing compelling ads, and analyzing performance metrics to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement campaign planning and strategy to achieve business objectives.
  2. Handle media planning and buying across various digital platforms.
  3. Design and oversee ad creation to maximize engagement and conversions.
  4. Execute, monitor, and optimize campaign performance.
  5. Analyze campaign data, generate insights, and prepare performance reports.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and digital marketing innovations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • At least 6 months of professional experience in paid advertising.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
  • Experience in digital content strategy, creation, and management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, SEO tools, and content management systems.
  • A keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.
