Social Media Sales Operations

  • Manage and handle the company's official social media accounts (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
  • Actively respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Convert online inquiries into confirmed sales or scheduled fiber installation appointments.
  • Follow up on potential leads generated from ads, campaigns, or organic posts.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and installation teams to ensure smooth service activation.

2. Online Marketing & Promotions

  • Promote fiber internet products, promos, and new offers through daily posting and interaction.
  • Assist in running social media ads and boosting campaigns to increase reach and inquiries.
  • Create engaging captions, basic graphics, and short promotional videos using tools such as Canva or CapCut.
  • Work with the marketing team to align online promotions with company branding and sales strategies.

3. Lead Management & Reporting

  • Maintain an organized database of leads, follow-ups, and confirmed customers.
  • Track and monitor daily and weekly inquiries, conversions, and installation completions.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, ad effectiveness, and social media engagement metrics.
  • Analyze customer feedback from social channels to recommend service improvements.

4. Customer Engagement & Retention

  • Provide courteous and helpful online support to customers before and after installation.
  • Build good relationships with online clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
  • Ensure a consistent and positive customer experience across all online touchpoints.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or undergraduate of Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in online or social media sales, preferably in telecom, ISP, or e-commerce industries.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Messenger, Threads).
  • Excellent written communication and online selling skills.
  • Knowledgeable in using Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Goal-oriented, persuasive, and customer-focused.
  • Willing to work on flexible schedules including weekends or holidays when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php25,000.00 per month
