PROJECT ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning: Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  2. Design Coordination: Collaborating with engineers, and other stakeholders to develop design specifications and ensure compliance with regulations.
  3. Technical Oversight: Providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring engineering standards are met.
  4. Resource Management: Coordinating resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency.
  5. Quality Assurance: Implementing quality control processes to monitor project deliverables and ensure they meet required standards.
  6. Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
  7. Communication: Serving as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
  8. Budget Management: Tracking project expenses and ensuring adherence to the budget, including preparing financial reports.
  9. Site Management: Overseeing on-site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and resolving any issues that arise during construction.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably with a Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Licensed Civil Engineer is preferred but not required
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • At least 2 years of experienced in site construction environment as Project Coordinator is preferred but not required
  • With an experience in Facade work system (windows, curtain wall, sliding doors, aluminum cladding)an advantage
