Requirements

• Keen to learn and open to training in specialty matcha preparation
• Strong work ethic — punctual, reliable, and professional
• Team player — works well with others and contributes to a positive atmosphere
• Quick on your feet — able to multitask and handle busy rush hours
• Comfortable standing for long periods of time
• Attentive to detail — from drink quality to cleanliness and presentation
• Good communication skills — with both team members and customers
• Adaptable and willing to follow SOPs while also taking initiative when needed
• Positive attitude and resilience under pressure
• Basic math skills for POS operations and cash handling

About The Job

• Prepare and serve a variety of matcha-based drinks and specialty beverages
• Maintain speed, consistency, and high quality during busy service hours
• Ensure cleanliness of workstations, bar area, and equipment throughout the shift
• Provide excellent customer service with warmth and attentiveness
• Follow recipes and portioning guidelines to maintain product consistency
• Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Assist in stock management (checking inventory, restocking supplies)
• Support team in opening and closing duties
• Participate in ongoing training and contribute ideas for improvement
• Represent the brand with professionalism and passion for matcha culture
