Role Mission

As a
Cluster Manager
at
Robinsons Offices
, you will be responsible for the overall operations and performance of all buildings within your assigned cluster or region. Your role includes conducting regular property inspections and audits to ensure that each building is maintained to premium standards. You will guide and support Building Managers in achieving their KPIs, fostering operational excellence and client satisfaction. Additionally, you will drive innovative solutions to meet evolving client needs while ensuring strict adherence to the organization's core principles and service standards.

What We're Looking For

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical or Mechanical), Management, Psychology, Hospitality, or Accounting.

A Master's degree in Engineering or Management is highly preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in a Building/Property Management role, with proven experience handling multiple sites and managing building/property managers.

Expertise & Skills:

Strong knowledge of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and Security Management.

Skilled in negotiation, budget management, and leveraging digital innovations.

Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills.

Location:

Amenable to work on-site at Ortigas Center, Pasig City, and conduct regular visits to office buildings, including provincial locations.
