Position: Fitness Trainer (Zumba Instructor)
Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (8 hours a day, shifting schedule)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- We are looking for a Fitness Trainer (Dance Instructor) who will run and supervise various fitness and health programs, and will be mainly focused on providing group fitness classes (zumba, yoga, dance, etc.)
- Assess the physical and health conditions of the colleagues, create appropriate exercise plans, and monitor their improvement.
- Explain applicable safety rules and regulations (e.g. use of equipment).
- Oversee completion of exercise routines.
- Plan, deliver, supervise fun, engaging, and effective workout classes at the fitness center designed to improve participants' mental and physical well-being.
- Hold workout regimens during company sponsored events.
- Provide first aid if necessary and immediately refer to the onsite wellness center any participant not feeling well or needs medical attention.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of Physical Education, Physical Therapy or equivalent
- Preferably with Fitness Certification Management Experience, Trained First Aider or in the same capacity
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the Fitness-wellness field
- Previous work experience as a Fitness Trainer or similar role
- Knowledge of diverse exercises and how to adjust plans according to each client's needs
- Able to plan, organize, direct and control all Sports & Recreation activities
- Must already have a valid TIN, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG-HDMF, NBI, Bank Account and Vaccination Card.
- Preferably can start immediately
- Must prepare/provide a 5-10 minute video of leading a group fitness session (with or without an imaginary audience); Feel free to choose the group class type (zumba, yoga, dance, etc.)
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
