Job Description

As a
Senior PHP Developer,
you will design, develop, and maintain PHP-based applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize code, implement new features, and integrate legacy systems-ensuring healthcare solutions run efficiently and meet evolving standards.

Shift: Day Shift (Mon - Fri; 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Work setup: Onsite, BGC

Salary: Up to PHP 120,000

The Qualifications We Seek

Technical Experience Required

• Minimum of
  6-10 years of extensive and relevant experience
• Hands-on experience
  with
  Vanilla PHP
• Proven
  senior-level expertise and demonstrated leadership (not related to people management) in the end-to-end delivery of development projects
• Strong skills in
  core PHP
  , with limited reliance on frameworks
• Experience with
  HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and or React
• Proficiency in
  SQL (PostgreSQL preferred)
  and database design
• Experience in agile development settings and collaborative projects
• Willingness to learn and grow in response to technical needs

Your Daily Tasks

• Design, code, and maintain PHP applications for healthcare systems
• Maintain and enhance existing systems to meet NHS standards
• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices
• Collaborate with developers to implement new features and system enhancements
• Optimize and refactor legacy code for performance and security
• Design and implement integration solutions for legacy and modern systems
• Document legacy systems and new developments thoroughly
• Provide technical support for live deployments as needed
