Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate company buses along designated routes, adhering to a set schedule
  • Assist employees with boarding and exiting the bus, ensuring safety at all times
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in good operating condition
  • Report any bus malfunctions or needed repairs
  • Ensure the bus is clean and well-maintained
  • Adhere to traffic regulations to ensure passenger's safety
  • Communicate with various company personnel to share information and coordinate transportation
  • May work for private clients/partners for transportation needs
  • Work closely with the Facility Manager and Company Bus Driver Team Lead

Job Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license; candidates with the license categories are required: A, A1, B, B1, B2, C and D
  • Proven work experience as a Company Bus Driver
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
  • Has a clean driving record and should not have active LTO violation based on LTMS Portal
  • Amenable to work on any shift
