About the role

YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION' is seeking driven and customer-oriented Call Center Agents to join our growing virtual team. As a CSR - Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients from the comfort of your own home. This is a full-time role based in Mabolo Cebu City Cebu.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively
  3. Providing accurate information and recommendations to customers
  4. Entering customer data and maintaining detailed records of all interactions
  5. Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggesting process improvements
  6. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a call center or customer service-oriented role
  2. Strong communication and active listening skills
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and various software applications
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change
  6. A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a positive attitude
