A. Primary Duties: Accounting & Finance

  • Prepares journal entries and necessary book adjustment and accruals
  • Prepares and compiles and submit Financial Statement Balance Sheet
  • Cash Flow for the Month
  • Petty cash custodian
  • Receives /Collect payment of clients from Sales.
  • Receives and accepts approved original request/billing
  • Checks and reviews invoices to ensure accuracy of amounts completeness of supporting docs. (Purchase order, delivery receipt, project endorsement, certificate of completion and the like) prior to processing for payment such as vendor information, including Tax Identification Number (TIN)
  • Prepares budget monitoring form and attaches it to the CV
  • Prepares Check Voucher (CV) encodes disbursement with the accounting entry.
  • Prepares check and attaches it to the CV.
  • Control and monitor for safekeeping of all check vouchers and their support and all documents related to disbursement.
  • Compliance of all government permits and dues; Bureau of Fire, City Hall, BIR, Phil Health, Pag-ibig and Social Security System.

B. Secondary Duties: Administrative

  • Prepare incoming and outgoing inventory of stockroom
  • Maitian buffer stock level (good for 3 months) of all supplies (office, building, transport and housekeeping)
  • Prepares request for replenishment of stocks to avoid unscheduled purchases using petty cash fund.
  • Maintain full inventory of all branch company assets
  • Prepare timekeeping summary both direct and outsource employees
  • monitors attendance of employees
  • Close coordination to HR Department on issues and concerns of employees.

C. Perform other tasks and functions, as may be assigned by the management.
