About the Role

We are looking for vigilant and culturally aware Tagalog Content Moderators to help maintain a safe and respectful online environment. You will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content in Tagalog and English, including NSFW (Not Safe For Work) material, to ensure it complies with our platform's community guidelines and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, videos) in Tagalog and English, including NSFW content, to ensure compliance with platform policies.
  • Identify and escalate content that violates community standards, such as hate speech, harassment, explicit material, misinformation, and other harmful or inappropriate content.
  • Apply moderation decisions consistently and fairly, using established guidelines and discretion.
  • Provide feedback to improve moderation tools, workflows, and policies.
  • Stay informed about cultural trends, language nuances, and online behavior relevant to the Filipino community.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Malikhaing Pagsusulat, Philippine Studies, Education major in Filipino, or any Filipino-related four-year course.
  • Fluency in Tagalog and English (C1 level), both written and spoken.
  • Strong understanding of Filipino culture, slang, and digital communication styles.
  • Comfortable reviewing NSFW content, including graphic, explicit, or sensitive material.
  • Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • High attention to detail and ability to make quick, accurate decisions.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Mandaue City or Muntinlupa City on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and holidays.
