We're looking to hire an Company Nurse who is passionate and tireless about serving the best interests of people. Playing the multiple roles of employee engagement, office administration and nurse only means that this person has the energy to offer best customer service to internal clients.   • Take to heart the over-all well-being of employees, knowledgeable about health-related concerns and experienced with company nurse duties.

  • Are hungry to put efficiency in all HR processes.
  • Naturally engage people; you're usually the one people call for anything they need.
  • Build relationships easily with other departments to best serve their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the providing first aid measure to employees.
  • Dispenses medicines and conducts medical inventory.
  • Prepares reports as required by DOLE.
  • Monitors employees' health concerns/requirements and creates trend reports.
  • Takes part/lead in organizing health related/wellness programs.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Registered Nurse.
  • At least 2 years experience as a company nurse.
  • Must be have a dynamic personality and able to work well in a team.
  • Have organized company events (whether small or big scale events).
  • Has experience in negotiating with HMO providers.
  • Strong believer in our advocacy.
  • Willingness to work in Quezon City
